We are a Space Safety and Logistics Company, using technology to save the Trillion $ Space industry from Debris Pollution in Space. We believe that the problems of Earth can be solved using Space. However, the rapid increase in the number of satellites is also increasing the risk of satellite collision, leading to Debris pollution- making space a dangerous place for other satellites as well as astronauts. To prevent this, we are developing an Agile, Safe, Efficient and Affordable Green Propulsion System with a new fuel, engine, and catalyst for the engine to avoid satellite collision in space and prevent Debris Pollution, which can hence be a potential green alternative to the current monopropellant propulsion technology.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Perform daily system, network, server, monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly, and escalate problems to appropriate parties when necessary.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot Servers, workstations, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, antivirus, and anti-spam solutions.
• Administer and maintain Office 365 tenant, including user accounts, licenses, groups, and security settings. Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other Office 365 services.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, DNS, and DHCP.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect Office 365 and Active Directory environments from unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Maintain, Troubleshoot and Resolve issues of Local Area Network (LAN), Maintain the Reliability and Efficiency of the LAN.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Configure & Maintain Wireless LAN controller, autonomous and light weight access point, DHCP configuration, upgrade procedures of WLC.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing their IT-related concerns and inquiries.
• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to protect critical intellectual property and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Configure, Monitor & Maintain security tools like FortiClient Endpoint Solution, Data Loss Prevention Solution, Firewalls, etc.
• Audit and strengthen access controls & other security measures around services to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data confidentiality.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to ensure they are well-informed about security best practices and policies.
• Investigating security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents, identifying vulnerabilities within a system, resolve and then responding to cybersecurity breaches such as hacking.

Qualification: -

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, IPv4 & IPv6 etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security concepts like (CIA Triad, Encryption, Access Control, Data Security, etc.)
• Hands on experience of Managing Domain Controller, Firewalls, Switches, DLP is a Plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Security+, A+) are a plus.
