As our Workplace Experience Associate, you’ll be the first friendly face people see when they walk through our doors. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, the behind-the-scenes magician, and the one who makes sure our office isn’t just functional—it’s exceptional.
You have experience in office coordination, workplace experience, HR, facilities, or administrative roles – and now, you’re ready to put your own stamp on the role, elevating both the employee experience and the Zūm company culture.

What You'll Do

  • Be the Face of HQ – Greet employees, guests, and candidates, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly – Manage office supplies, snacks, and mail, coordinate with teams across HR, payroll, and legal, and keep our workspace organized.
  • Support Employee & Candidate Experience – Help new hires get set up, assist with interviews, and make sure meetings and events go off without a hitch.
  • Office Operations & Vendor Management – Work with vendors, oversee kitchen and conference room organization, and ensure our office is always stocked and IT-ready.
  • Bring the Fun – Help plan and execute team events, celebrations, and all-hands meetings.
  • Lend a Hand to HR & Admin – Support scheduling, swag distribution, workspace assignments, and other operational projects that make our team’s lives easier.

Who You Are

  • Experience – with at least 2 years under your belt in a similar role, you’re eager to apply your skills.
  • Hyper-organized & Detail-Oriented – You spot the little things that make a big difference.
  • Process-Obsessed – You love streamlining workflows and making things more efficient.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, Zoom, and ADP.
  • Friendly & Proactive – You bring a customer-service mindset to everything you do.
  • A Quick Thinker – Fast-paced startup life excites you, and you adapt easily.
  • A People Person – You love creating an environment where people feel supported and valued.
  • Commuter – This is a 5 day per week in-office gig, so distance to Redwood shores matters.

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of equity or commissions. If you are a full-time salaried or hourly worker, we offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Holidays, Wellness, Vacation, and more. The targeted pay range for this role in US CA is: $40.00 - $45.00/hr
