Territory Account Manager - Denver/Salt Lake City

As Zubie experiences a surge in demand for its platform within the Fleet, Rental, and Dealer Loaner sectors, we are excited to expand our team. We are currently seeking a Territory Account Manager exclusively focused on these segments to drive market share, subscriber growth, and revenue for Zubie. This remote position requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels, and a background in software / technology sales. Monthly travel will be required for prospect engagement and participation in industry events.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of successful sales performance
- Must live in or near the Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT areas
- Proven track record in cold calling, lead prospecting, and securing new client accounts
- Consistent achievement of sales and activity goals
- Dedication to relationship-driven selling
- Sales Closer: Demonstrated ability to effectively close deals and drive sales to meet or exceed quota
- Strong ethical values, emphasizing respect, trustworthiness, and commitment
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning
- Sound judgment and quick decision-making abilities
- Utilize a tech-savvy approach to effectively communicate and sell our technology services.
- Proficient in conveying the value of our integrated SaaS and hardware solutions
- Proficiency with CRM (Hubspot), Zoom and Google/Microsoft Office tools
- Prospect companies 1-2 weeks a month in market
- Identify, engage, and educate prospects about our products and services
- Maintain a robust pipeline, aiming for 4-5 times the quota
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the Fleet, Rental, and Dealership industries
- Evaluate customer needs and pain points
- Conduct platform demonstrations
- Represent Zubie at industry events
- Regularly report on sales funnel activity
- Achieve monthly sales revenue and activity goals
- Diligently document prospect communication and trip report activity within HubSpot
This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission plan based on production.
