Zipcar is seeking an exceptional talent to take on the exciting role of Locations Coordinator as a valued member of our operations team. The Locations Coordinator will be responsible for aspects of local car locations operations, must build solid relationships with parking vendors to ensure great location experiences for vehicle members, while effectively controlling costs and maximizing operational efficiency through strong coordination and communication with the fleet team.

Good-Faith Salary Range:
- The hourly rate for this position is $23 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
What We're Looking For:
Scout and secure a diverse parking footprint across the market(s) to meet local neighborhood demand for Zipcars.
Manage relationships with local parking vendors and proactively communicate
Resolves vendor payment balances and/or account credits, scheduled audits as needed, determines appropriate party for redirecting.
First point of contact for location-related service disruptions and in-the-field fleet communication.
Tracks orders, reviews invoices, and submits invoices for payment; ensures location branding is leveraged as tool for wayfinding and member acquisition
Competitive analysis: review and report out on competitive footprint changes and evaluate against Zipcar fleet
Coordinates with fleet department on vehicles moves needed to hit revenue and utilization targets, as well as temporary logistical moves.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Flexibility to work primarily from home as well as conduct in person site visits and attend team meetings in the greater metro area as needed each week.
