Corporate Counsel, Corporate Securities
Yelp
Summary
Yelp is looking for a clever attorney to join its tight-knit legal team, which supports Yelp in its efforts to connect millions of people with great local businesses.
You will support Yelp’s corporate securities and governance practice, but will also have opportunities to work in other legal areas. Although Yelp is a publicly traded company with thousands of employees, it maintains a startup culture and close-knit environment—reflected in our small legal team.
