We’re seeking a data-driven and technically savvy Associate Director, Performance Marketing to own and scale our multi-channel acquisition programs for Yelp’s home services marketplace. You excel at building, optimizing, and scaling holistic performance marketing programs, collaborating cross-functionally, and leading teams through transformation and growth. You have deep experience and emphasis on SEM (leveraging TROAS and TCPA), paid social as well as lead-gen based affiliate marketplaces.

What you'll do:
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of SEM, Affiliate Lead-Gen and Paid Social performance marketing initiatives to deliver high-quality home services leads at scale.
- Own and optimize campaigns, overseeing significant budgets while maximizing ROI and lead quality through advanced analytics and continuous testing.
- Identify and drive new growth opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights and innovative acquisition tactics across search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, and affiliate lead-generation.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams with a focus on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with analytics and cross functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
- Provide clear reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving best practices in performance marketing.
What it takes to succeed:
- 7+ years’ experience leading large-scale, multi-channel performance marketing programs with direct budget ownership, ideally in home services or similar sectors.
- Prior experience managing small teams of performance marketing professionals, demonstrating exceptional leadership, team development, and a collaborative, strategic approach.
- Demonstrated success in developing and optimizing acquisition marketing strategies (SEM, paid social, affiliate) to deliver on growth and ROI targets.
- Highly analytical and solutions-oriented, with advanced skills in marketing analytics, testing, and attribution (SQL, BI dashboards, Excel, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field preferred.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with affiliate lead-generation marketing, especially pay-per-call or pay-per-lead models, and/or home services-focused affiliate networks.

- Compensation range for this position is $180,000 - $238,000 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
