We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Brand Sales to lead a team of Brand Sales Directors across all aspects, from prospecting and pitching to closing new business and driving revenue through our products. The ideal candidate has a track record of developing and coaching teams while navigating a dynamic organizational landscape. The Regional Director of Brand Sales plays a pivotal role in our company's success and presents substantial career advancement opportunities within our Brand Sales team.

What you'll do:
- Manage and coach a team of 6-8 sales directors to develop successful sales strategies, including implementing multi-tiered approaches, establishing a wide network of contacts, defining measurable success metrics, developing successful campaigns, navigating conversations around attribution, identifying and staying ahead of risks, and accurately forecasting opportunities.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding the team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generation.
- Provide regular updates to management on team activities, opportunities, and risks.
- Implement strategic planning, forecasting, and ongoing development of the sales team.
- Identify improvements in all areas of productivity, process, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to help drive sales activities.
- Assist in closing complex multi-million dollar programs with the team.
What it takes to succeed:
- Have 3+ years of experience managing a team of 5 or more.
- Possess 10+ years of relevant enterprise experience across sales, digital, and advertising roles.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets.
- Be an experienced communicator with a proven track record of executive outreach.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a history of building partnerships from scratch.
- Possess the ability to handle critical conversations internally with representatives as well as client escalations.
- Be able to navigate uncertainty successfully for all parties and lead to desired outcomes.
- Embrace a strong belief in our company's mission and naturally put the company and team first.
- Be able to travel 20% of the time.
- Exhibit an easy-going, cool-headed demeanor, with a track record of collaboration and working well internally.

What you'll get:

- Target base salary is $160,000 plus performance based incentives. You may also be offered Restricted Stock Units
