Content & Growth Marketing Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover)
Location: UK (Remote or Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (Maternity Cover)

Who We Need
At XYZ Reality, we’re revolutionising the construction industry with cutting-edge technology that delivers millimetre-accurate Augmented Reality (AR) solutions. Our platform empowers construction teams to build it right, first time, reducing rework, saving time and money, and transforming how the industry works.

To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Content Strategist & Growth Marketing Manager to lead our full-funnel marketing efforts during a 12-month maternity cover.

You’ll lead across content, social, ABM, and support enablement strategy. Your role is to create standout content that drives awareness, fuels pipeline and enables our sales teams to convert.

You’ll guide channel strategy, shape our messaging, and deliver campaigns aligned to our ICPs and revenue goals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, and external agencies to bring our story to market clearly, creatively, and consistently.

This is a perfect fit for someone who moves comfortably between execution and strategy, and who thrives in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth & Demand Generation

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (ABM, email, paid, organic, events, social) that drive qualified pipeline

  • Lead segmentation, creative briefing, performance tracking and optimisation

  • Build nurture flows, outreach cadences, and follow-up assets to support outbound sales and SDR efforts

  • Partner with RevOps to report campaign ROI and guide future activities and investments

Content Strategy & Social

  • Own the content roadmap and calendar across all key channels and buyer stages

  • Create, commission and publish high-impact content: blogs, case studies, white papers, scripts, social posts, and executive thought leadership

  • Manage and grow corporate and exec social media, including employee advocacy and engagement

  • Develop video, multimedia, and interactive content in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies

  • Optimise for SEO and AI-enhanced search and discovery

Sales Enablement & Conversion Support

  • Collaborate with AEs and SDRs to create outreach cadences, talk tracks, one-pagers, and follow-up content tailored to ICPs and deal stages

  • Own and evolve core messaging frameworks, battlecards, objection handlers, and ROI narratives

  • Deliver ad hoc content and enablement materials in support of commercial opportunities

Channel & Tech Stack Ownership

  • Manage marketing tech tools to execute, test, and optimise campaigns (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

  • Leverage Gen-AI and automation tools to scale content production and campaign velocity

  • Use data to inform channel strategy and campaign direction

Cross-functional Collaboration & External Partnerships

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Execs to align on strategic priorities and messaging

  • Manage agency partners (PR, video, events) with clear briefs, KPIs, and budgets

  • Support events strategy and webinar delivery by leading activation campaigns, follow-up comms, and repurposed content

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B content, product or growth marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or complex technical environments

  • Proven ability to write, edit and guide creation of content that performs

  • Strong grasp of B2B sales cycles and how marketing supports conversion at every stage

  • Deep experience managing multi-channel campaigns and reporting on pipeline impact

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, SEO tools, Salesforce or equivalent CRM

  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, juggling priorities, and leading external vendors

  • Excellent communication, project management and creative briefing skills

  • Confident using AI tools to accelerate workflows and content iteration

  • A proactive, adaptable, high-ownership mindset
