What will the role involve?

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects under your control. This includes but is not limited to, project deployment, weekly monitoring, regular site visits, customer engagement, budget control and successful completion of each project.

You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for construction and technology, and a desire to work with some of the biggest development companies globally to help them finish projects on time and in budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure XYZ’s product is being utilized to the fullest on each project and the client is receiving its full benefit.
  • Develop and implement strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (on-site, marketing, sales, customer success etc)
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience
  • Data Centre Construction experience is essential.
  • Degree qualified in construction related field OR M&E trade background with 6+ years experience.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with key clients.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
Skills & Attributes
  • Extremely driven.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • The ability to manage a number of people remotely.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
