POSITION

Product Manager of Satellite Operations Software - Major Tom Software

Major Tom Software is an established platform that commands and manages constellations, satellites, virtual satellites, flatsats, and engineering models all from one dashboard.

Xplore is challenged by the growth opportunity presented by its successful mission operations service, Major Tom. Solving for this involves excellent customer relations and market responsiveness to innovate the product roadmap for even further growth.

We are looking for someone with Team Leadership experience and a passion for the space industry.

This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer with the work for this role being performed at Xplore in Redmond, Washington.

Current U.S. citizen or current lawful permanent resident of the U.S.

3+ years of demonstrated experience in a Product Manager role

Demonstrated experience in a Business Development role

Demonstrated experience in a Customer Relations role

Bachelor's Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Relationship Management.

Create and Implement a Product Roadmap that prioritizes feature design.

Curate product feedback from customers.

TOP PRIORITIES to be ACCOMPLISHED DURING the FIRST 6 MONTHS:

1. For existing Major Tom customers, establish contact and regular meetings

2. Gather customer feedback on product features

3. Iterate in collaboration with Major Tom team and executives on the Product Roadmap

4. Provide input to Business Development on new product features

5. Manage rollout of new features in collaboration with Major Tom team

- Retain new Major Tom customers

- Grow Major Tom customer base with BD team

- Implement Major Tom features and upgrades with the development team

COMPENSATION

The base salary range for this role is $120K-$160K

Health Care Plan
Employees (and their families) can be covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. The HSA qualified plan is for full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week.

Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
Full time employees earn PTO at a rate of 1.33 days per month. There are a minimum of 13 paid holidays each year for full-time employees.
