With Pulsar – the world’s most advanced PNT satellite infrastructure in Low Earth Orbit – Xona will offer a future-proof, backwards-compatible global positioning system optimized for absolute precision, superior power, and robust protection.

We're seeking an experienced and driven Systems Test Engineer for its R&D team who will be responsible for building and leading a world class test team to execute any and all testing required for Xona’s PULSAR service and payload hardware. You’ll have full ownership over building out test capabilities and ensuring the efficient delivery of Xona payloads through V&V. • Experience analyzing/processing test data and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail

  • Experience with leading thermal, vibration, shock, TVAC, or EMI/EMC testing or any other spacecraft related testing

  • Proficient in writing test plans, procedures, and analyzing test data

  • Ability to develop processes, test assets, and tooling for new and existing hardware

  • Contribute to design reviews and offer input on testability

  • Ability to support testing during critical campaigns, including travel

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
