Position Overview: X-Bow Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineering– Digital Engineering Intern to support various programs implementing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). This internship offers hands-on experience in MBSE methodologies, data entry, and Cameo model management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in systems engineering, digital workflows, and model-based tools.

Key Responsibilities:

MBSE Support:

• Assist in implementing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies across various programs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine system models using MBSE tools.

Data Entry and Management:

• Perform accurate and consistent data entry into MBSE tools and systems.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with program requirements.

Cameo Model Management:

• Support the creation, maintenance, and management of system models in Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to model development and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models align with program objectives.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain technical documentation related to MBSE processes and Cameo models.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills:

• Familiarity with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw).
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler or similar MBSE tools.
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with UML/SysML modeling languages.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) for model automation or scripting
