Job Title: Verkada Administrator and CUI Compliance Officer
Location: Luling, TX (onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the dual role of Verkada Administrator and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Compliance Officer. This position is critical to managing our security systems and ensuring compliance with federal regulations for handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate will oversee the Verkada security infrastructure while implementing and enforcing CUI policies.

Verkada Administrator Duties:

• Manage and configure Verkada security systems, including cameras, access control devices, and sensors.
• Monitor system performance and ensure devices are functioning optimally.
• Administer access control settings, including user permissions and badge integrations.
• Investigate and document security incidents, providing detailed reports to management.
• Provide technical support and training for employees interacting with Verkada systems.

CUI Compliance Officer Duties:

• Develop and enforce policies for handling, storing, and disseminating Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Conduct regular training sessions and create awareness materials on CUI compliance.
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., NIST 800-171, DFARS).
• Investigate and report incidents involving mishandling or unauthorized access to CUI.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports for management and government agencies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in security system administration and CUI compliance.
• Familiarity with Verkada systems and federal CUI regulations.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Proficiency in security management software and compliance tools.
• Certifications:
• Security clearance at the Secret level or higher (or the ability to obtain one).
• Certifications in CUI compliance or security management are a plus.
• Travel will be required
