As a Senior Frontend Engineer at World Labs, you’re passionate about frontend development and user-centered design. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI researchers to prototype and refine interface ideas, delivering user-centric features. Your role includes architecting reusable, scalable frontend systems for complex web applications and maintaining the frontend infrastructure throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll write high-quality code focused on API integrations and performance, contribute to our Design Systems for consistency and accessibility, and drive processes for rapid iteration while ensuring a high-quality user experience. Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end technologies and trends, incorporating them into your work as appropriate.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years in front-end development, design engineering, UI engineering, or a similar role.

• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML, with a strong focus on responsive and accessible design.

• Experience with performance optimization and building scalable, high-performance web applications.

• Knowledge of API design and integration.

• The ability to dive in and contribute to any part of the tech stack is a plus.

• An eye for detail in interaction and visual design.

• Experience with design systems and a commitment to accessibility and usability standards.

• A portfolio of examples showcasing innovative user interfaces and front-end implementations.
