As a Research Scientist at World Labs, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technologies for spatial intelligence. These experts combine deep knowledge in areas such as generative modeling, large model training, 3D reconstruction, computer vision, and graphics to push the boundaries of what's possible in AI. With a focus on academic excellence and practical implementation, World Labs' Research Scientists are shaping the future of how machines perceive and interact with the world around them.
We seek candidates who have a strong track record of academic publications, open-source contributions, or training state-of-the-art models at large companies or startups.
Key Qualifications:
Expertise in one or more: generative modeling, large model training, 3D reconstruction, 3D vision, computer graphics, neural rendering, dataset construction and curation
Proven track record of academic publications in relevant fields
Contributions to open-source projects related to AI or computer vision
Experience training state-of-the-art models at companies or startups
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Passion for advancing spatially intelligent models
