- 提供FROP状态、功能开发进度、缺陷状态及风险更新(中英文)。 2.FROP工单与DNG文档交付:
- 定义用户、功能和系统需求。
- 明确最终用户功能(用例、接口、协议)。
- 制定质量验收标准和约束条件。
- 根据需求描述用户体验。
- 将功能归类为逻辑功能组。
- 与开发DR及系统架构师协作完成系统设计。 3.质量保证:
- 执行功能验收测试并通过FROP工单提交报告。
- 在STARC/JIRA中管理缺陷,跟踪状态并与利益相关者沟通。
- 评估功能成熟度,决定对每个软件版本的功能交付报告进行验收或拒绝。 4.规划与优先级管理:
- 根据客户价值和技术依赖性对功能进行优先级排序。
- 在工单中标记预期发布版本并提供每周进度更新。 5.变更与问题管理:
- 在JIRA/DNG系统中创建并管理变更需求。
- 获取CCB批准并更新工单状态。 任职要求:
- 工程、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 熟练使用需求管理工具(如DNG、JIRA)。
- 出色的中英文分析和沟通能力。
- 汽车软件生命周期经验(V模型、敏捷开发)。
- 了解车辆架构及后端系统。 Key Responsibilities: 1.Monthly Function & Feature Reporting:
- Provide updates on FROP status, feature development progress, defect status, and risks (in Chinese and English). 2.FROP Ticket & DNG Documentation:
- Define user, function, and system requirements.
- Specify end-user functionality (use cases, interfaces, protocols).
- Define quality acceptance criteria and constraints.
- Describe user experience in line with requirements.
- Group functions into logical Function Groups.
- Collaborate with Development DR and System Architect for system design. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct FO acceptance tests and report results via FROP tickets.
- Manage defects in STARC/JIRA, tracking status with stakeholders.
- Evaluate function maturity and approve/reject features per release. Planning & Prioritization:
- Prioritize functions based on customer value and dependencies.
- Mark expected release versions in tickets and provide weekly updates. Change & Issue Management:
- Create and manage change requirements in JIRA/DNG.
- Secure CCB approvals and update tickets accordingly. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in automotive systems or software development
- Proficiency in requirement management tools (e.g., DNG, JIRA).
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Experience in automotive software lifecycle (V-model, Agile).
- Knowledge of vehicle architecture and backend systems.
