- Enhance IT capabilities for the Perceived Quality (PQ) project based on the existing ICSD system, including system optimization, data integration, and functional upgrades to support PQ evaluation processes.
- Leverage multi-dimensional inputs, including online public opinion, competitors' user feedback, and quantitative & qualitative evaluations of perceived quality, to establish a comprehensive data foundation for PQ analysis.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to provide full-dimensional insights using competitor benchmarks, supporting the enhancement of product quality and competitiveness.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for design, development, and quality improvement teams to drive PQ target setting and product enhancement.
- Collaborate with IT, data analytics, PQ evaluation, and product teams to ensure seamless data flow, reporting automation, and effective use of benchmarking outputs.
- Establish and maintain dashboards or reporting mechanisms to visualize competitor PQ performance trends, user satisfaction gaps, and feature-level quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of PQ evaluation methodologies by integrating real-world user data and competitor intelligence into the existing ICSD-based quality system. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in technical majors (Electronic Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Vehicle Engineering, or similar majors).
- More than 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry
- More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the respective field (Quality & Customer Satisfaction Management / Business Analyst / Full Stack Developer).
- Familiar with ADAS/Cockpit related product knowledge, and understand the market, quality, and technical trends of related products.
- Possess knowledge related to big data analysis and AI.
- Fluent in English (can be used as a working language).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Teamwork ability.
- Have IT system development project management experience, be familiar with requirement management tools such as Jira.
- Have full-cycle management experience in automotive industry VOC systems.
- Have agile development project management experience.
- Possess basic front-end design skills, can understand UI/UX design logic.
- Can be responsible for the review and optimization of front-end interactive prototypes in the requirement phase.
- Can translate requirements between business and technology, and promote cross-departmental requirement consensus.
- Proficient in front-end and back-end technology stacks (Vue/React + Java/Python, etc.).
- Have experience in data warehouse design and development.
- Participate in technical reviews and code reviews, and promote the implementation of team technical specifications.
- Can decompose business requirements and synchronize technical risks.
- Priority given to those with relevant work experience in user experience management, data and business analysis, and testing.
- Strong PPT making and presentation skills (for Quality & Customer Satisfaction role).
