该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: Job Summary: Plans, organizes, directs, and controls company resources on assigned project(s) to achieve the following: Product owner of Quality/Cost/Delivery during the whole life cycle including new and change in product. Effectively communicate and coordinate project execution efforts both internally and externally. Special project handle on QCD improvement Job Responsibilities: New project launch, QG process / 新项目导入，QG流程 Provide RFQ based on customer input
基于客户提供的相关信息，提供产品报价 Contact window with customer on project schedule and delivery
作为与客户对接窗口，制定新项目，新产品排程及交期 Coordinate internally for project launch readiness (Process, Material, Tooling..) 生产内部协调跟踪，确保材料，夹具等相关准备按照项目计划周期进行 EWAK and C/D-sample planning, production. EWAK,C/D-sample样件计划排程及生产 Following sample quality and On time delivery 确保样件满足质量要求，及时交付 Engineer Change owner / 工程变更负责人 Coordinate to define ECR implementation date 协调内外部门制定工程变更执行时间（比如和原材料计划员 确认材料交期，和测试确认程序准备等） Follow up ECR status 跟踪ECR 执行状态 KPI monitoring and action plan 监控ECR指标，针对不达标项，采取必要行动 Drive Quality & Cost & Delivery KPIs
驱动产品的质量、成本及交付达到各项指标 Prepare the monthly QCD KPI report and action defined with owner 每月完成QCD KPI报告,与责任人制定改进计划 Regular meeting with lead plant for KPI sharing and lesson learnt 与lead plant 定期报告KPI 现状，经验学习分享 Quality issue support for delivery fulfillment, risk assessment if deviation existing 协助质量事故处理， 确保产品及时交付。当产品质量有偏差时，协调风险评估 Owner for existing process improvement for cost reduction Chair RPP activity for target achievement 主导现有工艺流程的成本改进，主导RPP项目实施，达成指标 Support fix asset and budget plan 协助固定资产投资计划及预算 Owner for Control Plan, Process Flow and FMEA creation and update 负责产品控制计划，工艺流程，实效模式与影响分析 的建立及更新。 Support BPS engineer to setup logistics flow setup/maintain with customer 协助BPS工程师建立及维护与客户间的logitics flow New line release/new process/process change for customer approval
针对新生产线，新工艺流程或现有工艺流程的改变，按照相应要求获得客户批准 Customer visit / audit
主导客户到访及审核 Perform task’s assigned by planning manager

Job Qualification: Bachelor degree 5+ years experience of Project planning, New Product Introduction Project working experience, industrial engineering work Product planning/Project management/ERP/SAP experience Workable English
