We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Engineer Leader/Technical Product Manager to join our team at Weride. As a Production Engineer Leader, you will work closely with engineering teams, operation teams to bring better autonomous driving experience to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the production engineering team to oversee the resolution of a broad range of hardware, software, operational, and system-level issues that may impact individual vehicles or the entire fleet
- Develop autonomous vehicle functions that align with customer requirements and expectations
- Work with engineering teams and operation teams to ensure efficient testing and iteration of the autonomous driving system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute production schedules and delivery plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Autonomous vehicle knowledge and experience
- BS in EE/CS or closely related field (or additional equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Previously identified missing or inefficient processes, improved and implemented them
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
