You will:
- Partner with engineering, product, planning and local operations teams to define the requirements and roadmap for validation operations.
- Anticipate upcoming risks and issues and develop risk mitigation strategies proactively in a fast paced environment.
- Define and launch new standards, processes and capabilities to drive improvement to topline validation metrics of safety, mileage and cost.
- Document implementation plans to operationalize new validation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and execute through vendors.
- Analyze data (SQL, dashboards, etc.) to understand factors affecting validation efficiency and cost.
- Work directly with senior leaders to lead decision-making for validation initiatives as we expand into new geographies, new business models and new platforms.
You have:
- 8+ years of experience in a combination of program management or product management.
- Experience working with technical teams to translate requirements for new initiatives into compelling roadmaps.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience documenting and driving cross-functional decisions and strategies to solve ambiguous problems.
- Eager to acquire new skills (i.e. learn to use new tools as needed).
We prefer:
- Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL.
- Proven experience in risk and change management.
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
