In this hybrid in-office role, you will report to our HR Business Partner Director and be based in Warsaw, Poland.
You will:
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to execute HR strategies and processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and local needs.
- Advise leaders on HR matters, providing local context and expertise.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and support the delivery of our People plan in partnership with US HRBPs and Employment Legal.
- Drive hiring outcomes from sourcing to offer, acting as a subject-matter expert and advisor to leaders.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, leveraging various channels and building a strong pipeline.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
- Identify gaps in local hiring processes and work with leaders and HR teams to address them.
You have:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years relevant work experience, including HR experience working in tech companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
- 7+ years of experience doing full life cycle recruiting including tech companies.
- Experience with Eastern European labor laws and market compliance requirements, including advising on and supporting local disciplinary processes and organizational structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish, with a proven ability to connect with and inform individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels of understanding.
- Experience recruiting for highly technical profiles, including sourcing, engaging, and closing software engineering talent.
- Experience extracting meaningful insights from data, identifying trends, and translating analysis into actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
- Experience working directly with senior engineering leadership.

- Balanced experience working in a startup and established global company environments in growth mode with high recruiting volume.
- Local expertise (Poland market) to be able to provide expert local advice if and when needed.
- Proven ability to build consensus and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes through collaborative negotiation.
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively across teams and act as a trusted advisor to leadership at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience influencing through relationships, expertise and data and can manage a complex set of partners.
- Demonstrated comfort level with switching between complex strategy discussions and tactical level work; balance of tailoring solutions and standardization.
- Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and/or GEM CRM.
