YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the Head of New Business Development you will spearhead the development of our new verticals, advertising and B2B. In this role you will report to our Director of Market Development, collaborate closely with the CEO and use your expertise, network, strategic mindset and grit in leveraging Voi’s availability and high-visibility in the urban space to continue the development of the two business verticals, execute sales strategies and drive new revenue streams. This will include:

  • Working proactively to identify and approach relevant advertisers, media agencies, brands and businesses.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to build relevant partnerships, close high-value deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to optimise the solutions
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to refine the go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensuring and having full accountability for the growing customer base, smooth and successful campaign execution, strong client relationships and repeat business.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for an analytical, hands-on and business minded sales professional with the ability to develop, implement and execute strategy for new business verticals in a fast-paced dynamic environment. In addition to being fluent in English we believe the right person has:

  • A track record of working with strategic b2b-sales, business- and partnership development, exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Good understanding of key marketing metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience from building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience from managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and business growth.
  • A network of advertisers, agencies, and media buyers across key European markets and ability to create mockups to visualize the client offering is a merit.
