We are now looking for an Office Manager who will hold an important position with a direct impact on the workplace experience at our HQ in Stockholm. Are you ready to join the Voiage?
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Office Manager you will hold an important position with a direct impact on the workplace experience at Voi. You will have the primary responsibility of our HQ and Gothenburg office while coordinating the needs of other European offices. You will have a unique opportunity to shape ways of working to ensure our office operations run smoothly and cost efficiently. To put it into specifics, you will:
- Be responsible for managing the day to day needs of our HQ
- Independently drive office related projects and initiatives
- Analyse key office metrics and budget, generate reports, and propose strategic improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for building management and external stakeholders, continuously assessing and enhancing office processes
- Own, improve and optimise supplier relationships in relation to the office to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Be responsible for our hardware and occupational assets within the Office.
- Collaborate closely with all parts of the People & Culture-function to gain insights and initiate new projects
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for a well-organised and proactive Office Manager with experience driving process improvements in a fast paced environment. In addition to possessing strong interpersonal- and communication skills and being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:
- Previous experience in office management or similar project lead and customer facing positions.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
- Skills in collecting, analysing, and presenting data.
- High computer literate with experience working with Google Suite and relevant Human resource management systems.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience from tech- and scaleup companies is a merit.
