Sustainability is at the heart and soul of our business and to ensure our forefront position in the sustainability space and continued compliance with set regulations we are looking for a Sustainability Intern to join us at HQ in Stockholm. YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Sustainability Intern, you will support the Head of Sustainability in updating our materiality assessment, identify and bridge potential compliance gaps in our current reporting, and collect and analyse sustainability data to ensure compliance with current regulations (eg. CSRD). In addition to this, you will also support the Head of Sustainability on climate transition baselining and progress monitoring across the organisation. The work will include:
- Analysing Voi’s Materiality analysis to identify potential compliance gaps to EU reporting standards
- Assisting in updating the Materiality assessment, including developing workshop materials and drafting surveys
- Collecting sustainability impact information from internal and external stakeholders using questionnaires/interviews, workshops, and review data to ensure accuracy in reporting
- Organising environmental impact data to ensure consistency and reliability across sustainability metrics
- Setting up tracking systems for recurring sustainability data collection and ensuring the process is well-documented
- Supporting in benchmarking sustainability practices against industry standards
- Helping in the preparation of sustainability reports
- Assisting in updating carbon footprint baseline and monitoring of progress
- Updating Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) with the latest Bill of Materials data, including Excel work and model building
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for an analytical, structured and solution oriented student, eager to have a direct impact in a fast-paced dynamic environment and build their experience in the sustainability field. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:
- Ongoing studied for a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering, finance or business, with a minimum of one year until graduation
- Excellent analytical skill
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill
- Previous experience in sustainability related initiatives or sustainability related studies is a merit
