ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fleet Management team is responsible for all of Voi’s in-field operations, driving operational excellence to keep the vehicles available to our users where and when they need them, making the most out of our fleet at the lowest possible cost, while keeping the fleet tidy.

THE VOIAGE

• Co-lead the development and improvement of internal and external processes.
• Co-manage schedule and shifts.
• Report all accidents, incidents or unsafe conditions and take all necessary steps to prevent accidental damage to employees, property, plant, equipment or the environment.
• Ensure full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant Company/customer Safety Handbooks, safety procedures and emergency procedures.
• Manage key metrics and communicates to relevant stakeholders.
• You are comfortable in using GSuite and keep information about schedules and fulfilled tasks up to date.
• Reporting to the Site Manager.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

• Experience managing teams as a supervisor preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferably within a high-growth technology company within mobility, logistics.
• Strong problem solving capabilities combined with an analytical mindset
• Sense of quality control and rapid scaling.
• Fluent in English, German language skill is a nice to have
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license (nice to have, not mandatory)
