As our operations in Northampton continue to grow, we’re now looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our local team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our fleet is safe, fully operational, and ready for riders across the city.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll support the day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure fleet readiness and quality standards are consistently met.
Your responsibilities will include:
Loading and unloading e-scooters onto/from vans
Unpacking and moving Voi e-scooters within the warehouse
Moving boxes (heavy lifting required)
Applying branded decals and stickers
Supporting basic mechanical tasks or simple deconstruction of vehicles (training provided)
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
You may also be required to support additional warehouse duties as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK
Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting

A forklift license would be a massive advantage
