We’re growing in the UK and looking for a hands-on Fleet Specialist (Mechanical) to help keep our e-scooters and e-bikes safe, reliable, and ready for customers.
What you’ll be doing
Diagnose and repair damaged vehicles 🔧
Perform quality checks and identify issues 🔍
Replace batteries and parts 🔋
Carry out quick repairs when needed 🛴
Recycle and dismantle vehicles that can’t be repaired ♻️
Support warehouse logistics (new vehicles, batteries, packaging) 📦
What we’re looking for
Confident working with tools and hands-on repairs
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points, no major offences)
Comfortable with physical work (lifting and moving vehicles)
Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
Comfortable using basic digital tools
📌 You may be required to complete a DBS check.
Job details
Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7 (2-week rotation)
Contract: 3-month fixed-term
Location: Northampton
