Your mission at Voi
As a Fleet Specialist, you’ll help ensure our e-scooters and e-bikes are safe, ready to ride, and available where customers need them most.
What you’ll be doing
Collecting and delivering vehicles to support daily operations ⚙️
Finding and collecting damaged vehicles 🛴
Battery swaps and replacements 🔋
Quick on-site repairs when needed 🔧
Diagnosing and repairing vehicles in the warehouse 🔧
Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired ♻️
Supporting warehouse logistics (new vehicles, batteries, packaging) 📦
Helping the team with tasks like checking vehicle condition, clearing parking areas, and resetting fallen vehicles 🤝
What you'll need to embark
We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll need:
A Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points, no major offences) and eligible for our e-van insurance
Confidence driving in London and navigating the city
A proactive, responsible mindset and strong teamwork skills
A calm approach in busy or stressful situations (traffic, parking issues, etc.)
Physical fitness to carry and move heavy loads
Basic comfort with digital tools
📌 Please note: You may be required to complete a DBS check for this role
Job conditions
Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7 (2-week rotation)
Working hours: Middle shift (10:00–18:00) (flexibility required)
Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
