The Senior Specialist, Culture & Teammate Engagement plays a pivotal role in advancing our culture and engagement initiatives by combining hands-on event coordination with responsibilities in program support and alignment with business priorities, company values, and feedback from engagement surveys. This position serves as a bridge between tactical execution and strategic planning, providing opportunities for growth and leadership exposure. Adapting our experiences based on demographics at different locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement Events & Experiences
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement events such as heritage month celebrations, team-building activities, volunteer initiatives, and company-wide events (e.g., family days, holiday parties, flight viewing experiences).
  • Foster productive relationships and collaborate across departments to support company initiatives.
  • Design and execute customized engagement initiatives that address the specific priorities of different teams and regions.
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, AV requirements, and transportation.
  • Maintain an annual events calendar to ensure strategic timing and avoid conflicts.
  • Gather feedback from teammates to continuously improve event quality and impact.
  • Teammate Resource Group (TRG) Support
  • Partner with TRG leaders to plan and coordinate events that foster inclusion and belonging.
  • Provide guidance and resources to TRG leaders, equipping them to support teammates and the business.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting TRG impact to ensure alignment with company culture and engagement goals.
  • Community & Social Impact
  • Coordinate volunteerism and community engagement activities in partnership with external organizations.
  • Assist in executing philanthropic initiatives that align with company culture and values.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain accurate records of event activities, budgets, and feedback for future planning.
  • Oversee distribution of gifts, giveaways, and company merchandise for events and onboarding.
  • Process purchase requisitions and support vendor relationships for engagement programs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in event coordination and engagement initiatives within a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar tools preferred.

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $81,650.00–$124,600.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
