At Shiftmove, we’re on a mission to transform fleet and mobility management across Europe. In France, we’re opening a new chapter and we’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge. This is a brand-new role with the chance to shape how we build and scale our marketing-led growth engine from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Build the inbound growth funnel– design and run campaigns that attract, engage, and convert mainly SMB customers.
- Launch and scale paid channels – set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other performance channels with a structured testing approach.
- Discover and programmatize new growth opportunities – explore partnerships, communities, and referral programs, then turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks.
- Drive Sales alignment – define lead qualification with the Inside Sales team and ensure smooth handovers.
- Bring Shiftmove to life in France – localize global campaigns, create engaging content, and connect our brand to the French market.
- Own reporting & insights – track MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, and campaign ROI, sharing learnings across local and global teams.
- Work closely with Local and french GTM stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Product) to align programs across the buyer journey, funnel stages, and OKRs.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of B2B Growth or Performance Marketing experience (SaaS/tech a plus).
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital acquisition channels.
- Hands-on expertise with paid search, paid social, and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Fluency in French and English; comfortable localizing global brand campaigns for the French market.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch, while collaborating closely with local Marketing, Inside Sales, and our global teams.
- Confidence to test, iterate, and communicate results — helping to educate cross-functional stakeholders and drive a true marketing-led growth motion.
