What you'll do
We're looking for a passionate, analytical accounting professional to join our multifaceted Corporate Finance Team as an Associate Manager. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor and key contributor, responsible for coordinating the global close process and collaborating with team members worldwide. The day-to-day
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 3-5 individuals, guiding their success and maximizing team potential.
- Support the coordination of the global close process, collaborating with team members across the globe for timely and accurate reporting.
- Apply your practical accounting experience and research to support complex accounting determinations, ensuring adherence US GAAP.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Serve as the key point of contact for accounting matters to internal and external auditors, supporting SOX controls and testing.
- Challenge existing norms and build efficiencies, continuously driving process improvements within accounting operations.
- Contribute to a high-performing Corporate Finance Team, embracing our dynamic and collaborative culture.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of related experience along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in driving performance and being a change leader.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Proven understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and accounting theory.
- Highly organized driven individual with drive and propensity to grow within the organization.
- Proven track record of successful process improvement initiatives.
- ERP system experience (Oracle and SAP preferred) in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA license.
- US Citizenship is required.

Salary range
$97,500.00 - $154,000.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $121,000.00- $182,000.00/ annually
