We successfully launched our first mission in 2025. We are now on our way for our next major milestone: an in-orbit demonstration in 2027, where two complete satellites will be deployed to further validate the system end-to-end. The following step will be to deploy our full constellation of disruptive satellites, enabling telecom operators to provide seamless connectivity worldwide.

UNIVITY is looking for a Head of Finance to join the team in Paris office reporting to the company
CEO.
As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the company’s overall financial strategy. The role aims to secure funding, ensure robust financial management and reporting, and support sustainable business growth. You will oversee relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and public authorities, while driving the development of financial processes and the company’s business plan to inform strategic decision-making.
Your key responsibilities and tasks:
Finance management
• Support equity fundraising processes (investor identification, pitch preparation, data room, negotiations).
• Lead loan applications and set up credit lines.
• Prepare financial documentation for funding and reporting.
• Implement and monitor cash management tools.
• Improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Manage relationships with banks, accountants, and auditors, including annual financial statements.
• Execute company payments.
Corporate administrative management
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to investors and Board.
• Support relationships with investors and Board members.
• Prepare Board meetings and draft minutes.
• Liaise with corporate lawyers as required.
• Maintain and update corporate and regulatory records (Kbis, INSEE, URSSAF, tax, etc.).
• Handle requests from administrative and tax authorities.
• Represent the company at relevant events.
Business Plan Management
• Lead the development and structuring of the business plan.
• Update assumptions and inputs in coordination with program managers to support profitability and decision-making.
• Ensure alignment between the business plan and the company’s technical and commercial roadmap.
Profile required
Skills and experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager, Administrative and Finance Manager, or Chief Financial Officer.
• Experience in a start-up or in a scale-up is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
