We successfully launched our first mission in 2025. We are now on our way for our next major milestone: an in-orbit demonstration in 2027, where two complete satellites will be deployed to further validate the system end-to-end. The following step will be to deploy our full constellation of disruptive satellites, enabling telecom operators to provide seamless connectivity worldwide.

UNIVITY is looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) Intern – to join the team in our Toulouse office reporting to the Quality Manager.
As PMO Intern, you will put in place and maintain the company Document Management System. This document management system will allow us to guarantee that we run our projects using up-to-date, reliable information and comply with quality requirements. This is a great opportunity for a curious and organised Project Management student to see how a complex project is structured and to interact will all key project stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities and tasks:
• Create a documentation database based on the documentation tree for each project. This database will be created using Microsoft SharePoint, or another suggested tool.
o Actively contact each equipment lead and obtain all specifications and data packs associated with their equipment.
o Check that each document is correctly referenced according to company policy.
o Organise these documents in the database according to the product tree.
• Work with the project managers, procurement managers and technical leads to ensure that all new documents are correctly referenced, captured, and stored in the database within 48hours of configuration/reception.
• Own the document referencing process, issuing new document numbers and issue numbers as required for each new or modified project document.
• Some additional project activities can also be included in the internship depending on the company needs and the interests of the intern.
Profile required
Skills and experience
• Final year masters student in Project Management, Innovation Management, or a related discipline.
• High levels of rigor, professionalism, team spirit, and attention to detail.
• Great written and oral communication skills in French and English.
