Your Role: What you'll be doing
- This is a part-time position that may be performed either on-site, hybrid, or remotely. The preference is for this position to be based in Denver, CO, but remote work may be available for the right candidate. If remote, the position requires regular, periodic onsite visits to the home office and travel to ULA, customer, or supplier sites as required.
- ULA provides premier, heavy lift launch vehicle services in support of various customers, including the US Space Force, National Reconnaissance Office, NASA, and Commercial companies.
- The Confidentiality Agreement (CA) Administrator serves as the primary interface with internal and external customers for coordinating, drafting, tracking, negotiating, and executing ULA’s confidentiality agreements following company policies, legal requirements, and U.S. Government regulations and requirements. The CA Administrator will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, Risk Management, and various Program teams to ensure proper protection of proprietary information and internal alignment of the CA purpose, and will support in administering the CA scope, requirements, and limitations in support of ULA company objectives.
- Participate within the Business Acquisition Services group, an agile team that operates in a dynamic environment. The nature of the work requires having a basic understanding of contracts, strong written and verbal communication skills, working cooperatively with various stakeholders, attention to detail and organization, ability to be a self-starter and self-motivated, willingness to learn, exercising good judgment, sound and strategic decision making, and analytical skills to determine the manner and operational steps necessary to perform tasks within professional standards.
- Lead drafting, negotiation, execution, and tracking of confidentiality agreements with customers, potential customers, suppliers, and other necessary third parties.
- Coordinate internal and external changes and requirements and incorporate the necessary language into the CAs to enable timely execution of the CAs to support business needs.
- Communicate with management and internal stakeholders regarding CA rights and obligations, as well as means to mitigate risks; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical information.
- Monitor the company’s correspondence control process, including supporting process improvements, performing occasional audits, reporting findings, and implementing/defining corrective actions.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4 - 8 years of experience.

- A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four years of work experience can be used in lieu of a bachelor's degree with a paralegal certificate.
- 4-8 years of working experience in a corporate office environment or law firm.
- Experience with the MS Office software suite (Word, PowerPoint, & Excel) and ability to accurately maintain databases.
- Experience following standard business procedures and general business knowledge/acumen.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Experience with basic professional analytical techniques to develop solutions for problems.
- Proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for driving change, and ability to look at big picture.
- Engages in various tasks ranging from recurring tasks to those calling for judgment and independent initiative.
- Self-starter and complex problem solver, especially with issues requiring ingenuity and innovation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Experience in the legal field may include work experience as a Paralegal or possession of formal paralegal education or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited institution.

Summary Salary Range (Colorado Only)
$77,038 - $120,484 (Salary Range based on full-time position)
Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.
