About the Position
Foursquare is looking for an Associate Partner Manager to join our team in our New York office; on a hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office.
The Associate Partner Manager is a key contributor to Foursquare’s go-to-market strategy, sitting within the Partnerships team in Sales. The Sales team collectively works to solution-sell both Targeting and Measurement (ATTR) into Marketers serviced directly or by their intermediary agencies and platforms. Working closely with Engineering and Marketing teams to bring to life the best in market geo-location based services, Foursquare’s sales team is responsible for the sale and service to secure, retain & grow account and partner based revenue.
Working with FSQ Leadership Principles as your guide, this new team should take pride in the work, trust and rely on each other and celebrate customer wins together!
In this role, you’ll
- Manage a dedicated book of business, serving as the primary point of contact across onboarding, campaign setup, pacing, delivery, reporting, and renewals, with a focus on expanding relationships and driving long-term growth
- Support senior Account Managers on strategic, high-value accounts, assisting with campaign execution, kickoff calls, and post-campaign analysis
- Utilize Zendesk to support our Scaled Extension Partner System by handling, responding to, and resolving technical support tickets from extension (non-managed) and managed partners. This requires the ability to acquire deep product knowledge to effectively assist partners and ensure proper ticket routing.
- Contribute to RFP responses, client presentations, and QBRs, ensuring consistency in messaging and storytelling
- Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Sales, and Enablement to help execute upsell opportunities and ensure smooth delivery of new and existing products
What you’ll need
- Experience: 1–3 years in account support, client success, media operations, or digital media/ad tech
- Communication & collaboration: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and support client-facing presentations
- Technical curiosity: Exposure to DSPs, ad servers, Salesforce, or measurement platforms is a plus (training will be provided)
- Organizational skills: Detail-oriented with strong time management, able to juggle multiple priorities while supporting senior team members

At Foursquare, we’re committed to offering competitive pay and benefits that reflect market standards and the unique strengths each candidate brings. Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and office location. We also regularly review our compensation practices to ensure fairness, equity, and alignment with evolving market trends.
The estimated annual total cash compensation range for this role is $65,000 – $80,000. While final offers may vary slightly based on individual qualifications, we aim to stay within this published range to support pay equity and transparency across the organization.
Salary is just one part of our total compensation package, which also includes restricted stock units, comprehensive health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits.
