About the Role

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will help drive growth and profitability for Uber in APAC. The right person for this job should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information.

What the Candidate Will Do

  1. You'll craft and execute the vision, strategy and day to day tactics to build the optimal portfolio mix across all product lines: cars, taxi, auto, moto.

  2. Working closely with cross functional teams to strive to understand user requirements and bring the best tech innovation to resolve portfolio mix challenges.

  3. Identify and execute solution to the biggest challenges on platform experience and reliability through data-centric analytics, driver and rider side incentives, pricing and matching.

  4. You will be responsible for handling the analytics for platform growth which will shape our strategy.

  5. Partner with critical functional areas (Product, Marketing, BD, Policy, Ops, Legal, Tax, etc.) as needed, to drive business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  1. 4+ years of relevant work experience (management consulting, investment banking, operations, etc.)

  2. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

  4. Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders in order to execute high-impact projects

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  2. SQL experience is a must
