About the Role

Leading at Uber means setting direction in motion, not waiting for perfect conditions. You’ll build high-performing teams in ambiguous environments, make hard calls under pressure, and carry the weight of decisions that matter. If you lead with clarity, build with heart, and thrive in challenge — this is where you’ll make your mark.

In this role, you will lead the Large & Mid Enterprise Segment team, managing a portfolio of national brands including Hans Im Glück, Five Guys, and Dean & David. This isn't a "business as usual" account management role; it’s a high-stakes leadership position focused on driving commercial excellence and sustainable growth while navigating a complex P&L. You will manage a multi-layered team of 6-8 people, including managers of managers, across Account Management and CSM functions. This role is for a leader who can stay resilient through tough negotiations, find purpose in the messy reality of global scale, and move fast to bridge the digital and real worlds.

What You Will Do

  • Lead through Influence and Action: Drive the 360° strategy across commercial operations, upsell, and expansion, ensuring your team delivers against ambitious targets even when the path forward isn’t predefined.

  • Build and Empower High-Performing Teams: Recruit and coach a multi-layered team, setting a high bar for excellence and making the hard calls on performance to ensure the team can scale with the business.

  • Navigate Commercial Complexity: Support and close key strategic opportunities, balancing aggressive growth priorities with deep bottom-line impact and economic sustainability.

  • Solve for the Real World: Foster deep, long-term partnerships with national brands by understanding their unique challenges and creating mutual value in a fast-changing market.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Continually identify what is slowing the team or the portfolio down and improve it, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and impact.

  • Communicate with Clarity: Act as a strong internal advocate and communicator, aligning stakeholders across territory teams, operations, and leadership to unblock your team’s progress.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales or account management.

  • 3+ years of people management experience, including experience managing other managers.

  • Proficiency in managing high-stakes, strategic account portfolios with a focus on P&L impact.

  • Experience leading teams through high-ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of coaching underperforming teams to exceed targets and building a reliable leadership bench.

  • Deep expertise in the Enterprise food/delivery industry or technology sector.

  • Strong systems thinking: the ability to translate company strategy into an actionable team roadmap.

  • Resourcefulness in achieving massive goals with limited resources and navigating internal complexity.
