About the Role

The Growth segment at Uber Health is responsible for expanding and deepening relationships across a portfolio of US Mid-Market and Enterprise healthcare provider organizations. This team focuses on driving revenue through expansion, cross-sell, and increased adoption across existing customers.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Growth Account Executives. This role will be responsible not only for driving revenue across an existing book of business, but also for building the operating foundation of the team, including account segmentation, territory design, and performance management. This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-potential segment and unlock meaningful growth across the customer base.

What the Candidate Will Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Growth Account Executives managing a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
  • Drive revenue expansion through structured account planning, cross-sell, and increased product adoption
  • Establish clear segmentation and prioritization frameworks across the book of business to ensure focused execution
  • Partner with account executives on complex deals, including stakeholder mapping, negotiation, and expansion strategy
  • Build and implement operating rhythms around forecasting, pipeline inspection, and performance tracking
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within existing customers, including expansion across locations, use cases, and products
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve the customer experience and scale repeatable growth motions

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including experience managing complex or enterprise accounts
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing sales teams
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise sales, account management, or expansion roles
  • Strong track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Experience building or scaling sales processes, including territory design, segmentation, or account planning frameworks
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive multi-threaded engagement
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and prioritization
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and other core sales tools

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$180,000 per year - USD$200,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$180,000 per year - USD$200,000 per year.

For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$180,000 per year - USD$200,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp.
