About the Role
The Uber Retail team is building the future of on-demand retail in Taiwan, helping merchants grow sustainably through the Uber Eats platform. This role leads a diverse portfolio of retail partners and a team, driving commercial strategy and business performance across multiple retail categories. You will directly influence marketplace growth, category expansion, and long-term partner success within a fast-evolving ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop a team responsible for managing a portfolio of retail partners
• Drive commercial performance by identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic initiatives
• Build strong relationships with key retail partners and influence long-term business outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve marketplace metrics and operational excellence
• Translate data insights into actionable plans that drive sustainable business growth
Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, marketplace, or account management environments
• Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders, leading projects, or mentoring team members
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue or growth metrics
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing national retail chains or multi-category portfolios
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or platform-based business environment
• Strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, marketing, or finance
• Background in e-commerce, marketplace, or omnichannel retail models
