Senior Product Manager, Premium Reserve
Uber
What’s the future of mobility beyond “push a button, get a ride”? What if riders could reserve premium rides hours, days, or weeks in advance—and unlock new levels of reliability, control, and peace of mind? Uber transformed the world with on-demand mobility. We’re now extending that magic to planned ahead mobility, shifting consumer perception of Uber from a “right here, right now” service to an “any time, any place” platform with Uber Reserve.
Reserve has been one of the fastest-growing products within the Uber Rides portfolio, reaching $6B ARR in <5 years and growing at 40% YOY consistently. We’re continuing to invest in new growth vectors where we have a clear right to win. Luxury transportation - where reliability, service quality, and personalization are paramount—stands out as a strong fit for the Reserve model and a key priority for unlocking our next phase of growth.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Reserve Premium charter. This role will be instrumental in accelerating our broader Premium portfolio to effectively compete and win in the high-end ground transportation space.
Why this role matters?
Premium represents a $12–16B market opportunity where Uber has historically underinvested and where significant headroom remains. While we’ve made progress, there is still meaningful work ahead to build a product portfolio that rivals and surpasses industry leaders.
The Premium roadmap is packed with 0→1, cross-cutting initiatives spanning:
1. Matching and scheduling for dedicated supply
2. Pricing and guarantees tailored for premium use cases
3. Rider and driver UX designed for reliability, trust, and polish
4.
These initiatives require deep product thinking, strong technical intuition, and tight coordination across platform and partner teams, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, Vehicles, U4B, BD, and Marketplace.
What we're looking for?
A product leader who:
1. Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building new products from first principles
2. Has strong product judgment and a bias toward high-quality, reliable experiences
3. Is comfortable operating across technical systems, UX, and operational constraints
4. Can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution
5. Is excited about redefining what premium, planned-ahead mobility can be
