About the Role
Uber Eats is looking for an experienced people manager to lead our mid-sized & large Enterprise account management team across our Nordic region. You will be responsible for managing and driving the success of a team of account managers and customer success managers, while enabling expansion across existing and new markets.
This role requires you to be a strong commercial leader with a proven ability to direct your team's efforts to drive key business metrics, lead the engagement with key restaurant brands in Northern Europe, while also taking a people first approach to develop and mentor your team.
Within this role, a combination of strategic vision and team leadership skills, client relationship management, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills and a strong commercial mindset are considered core competencies.
What youll do
- Lead a high-impact team in a fast-changing environment: hire, coach, motivate and develop a robust team of 4+ people. Build a culture where your team can thrive and where customer obsession is at the heart of everything you do.
- Lead your team to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders with our most strategic partners to unlock long-term value for their business. You and your team will help build joint business plans, solve shared operational problems, and advance partner priorities across our full Delivery product portfolio.
- Use your analytical ability combined with operational rigor and project management skills to build processes that your team can use to drive forward partnership critical metrics effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Country Manager, Operations Team, Marketing and Finance to deliver the best service and value to restaurant partners.
- Engage closely with your peers in other countries to build common and sound strategies (regionally and globally).

- 30% Operational and commercial oversight and execution of existing growth plans.
- 20% Cross-functional stakeholder management and strategy alignment.
- 15% Data analysis and performance tracking to drive decision-making.
What youll have
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Full proficiency in English and fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven success in a sales/performance-based leadership role managing targets.
- A track record of effective negotiations and commercial contracting.
- Exceptional external and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, showing speed and resourcefulness.
- Salesforce and SQL experience is advantageous’
