About the Role
The Cart & Checkout team owns the final and most critical step of the Uber Eats customer journey—turning intent into completed orders. As the Lead PM for this space, you will define and drive the end-to-end Cart and Checkout experience, shaping how customers understand pricing, apply offers, select payments, and confidently complete purchases at global scale.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Own the Cart & Checkout experience end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and outcomes
- Define and evolve the long-term vision for how customers review orders, understand pricing, and complete purchases
- Drive improvements to conversion, revenue, and trust through experimentation and customer insight
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives
- Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and results clearly to senior leadership
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, owning large-scale, consumer-facing products
- Proven experience driving end-to-end ownership of complex user flows with measurable business impact
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, including experimentation and funnel optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead highly cross-functional, ambiguous initiatives at scale
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning checkout, payments, pricing, or monetization surfaces
- Background in marketplace, e-commerce, or on-demand delivery product
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.
For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
