About the Role
As the Manager for the BPO Reporting & Analytics Team, you will serve as the central owner for end-to-end reporting requirements across our global network of ~54 BPO partner sites. This mission-critical role ensures operational visibility, data integrity, and partner accountability by maintaining the "Single Source of Truth" (SOT) for all internal and external network reporting. You will bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical data solutions, automating pipelines and providing deep-dive insights that drive global decision-making.
Your Impact in the Role
- Own end-to-end BPO reporting and analytics across multiple vendors, sites, and geographies and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of operational and financial performance data.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities; doing performance evaluations; and build collaborative team culture
- Design, build, and maintain executive and operational dashboards using Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Enable self-serve analytics for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through effective visualization.
The Experience You’ll Bring
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field
- 5+ years of experience in reporting/analytics, ideally within a BPO or global operations environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people management in a fast-paced matrix work environment
- Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior managers
- Proficient with advanced SQL queries and the use of Python for data manipulation, automation tasks, and reporting
- Strong data visualization skills, with experience in creating and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.

- Process Automation: Proven track record of automating manual workflows by combining multiple tools
- Technical Stack: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), Spark, and Python.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Experience in "root cause" data investigation, especially in terms of SQL and Python
- WFM Knowledge: Basic/deep understanding of workforce management process, metrics and BPO operational dynamics.
