Operations is all about running our business on the ground and helping riders and drivers get the most out of Uber’s platform. The team is responsible for driving the growth and engagement of our rider base, and a broad mandate of customer offerings, with the overall objective of ensuring Uber is the most dependable and delightful way to get you wherever you need to be.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented operator to scale and evolve Uber’s Low Cost Mobility portfolio across EMEA, mainly focused on Wait & Save, XShare, and possible future offerings. Sitting within EMEA Mobility Central Operations, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Local Ops, CRM, and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives end-to-end, own topline and bottom-line performance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve experience for riders and drivers.
This is an individual contributor role with regional ownership, ideal for a strong operator who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
