Account Executive, Uber Direct - Last Mile

About the Role
We’re building something new—and we want you to help lead it. As a Sales Account Executive for Uber Direct in Spain, you'll be a key part of a newly established team that’s redefining delivery for the retail sector. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners—including the Eats, New Verticals, and EMEA Central Direct teams—to bring Uber’s on-demand delivery solution (Delivery-as-a-Service) to retail partners across the country.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll build the pipeline from the ground up, engage with enterprise-level prospects, and help shape the go-to-market strategy. The businesses you bring on board will gain access to a world-class logistics platform, enabling fast, reliable delivery that keeps them close to their customers—exactly where they need to be.
What You Will Do
Identify, engage, and close high-potential retail prospects across Spain who would benefit from Uber Direct’s delivery platform.
Own the full sales cycle—from sourcing leads and conducting discovery, to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging data to forecast opportunities and track progress.
Develop and execute territory and account plans to break into whitespace opportunities and expand wallet share with existing customers.
Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, Product, and Legal to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to maintain accurate account data, update opportunity stages, and inform forecasting and QBRs.
Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them unlock value and grow their business using Uber Direct.
What You Will Need
6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or delivery solutions.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in prospecting, presenting, and closing large opportunities.
Strong stakeholder management skills—both internal and external.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with entrepreneurial drive.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
