About the Role

As part of the Strategic Finance team, you will help scale the financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities and empower decision makers across our different businesses and functions. You will play a key role in all aspects of financial reporting and make significant contributions to high-profile strategic and operational initiatives.

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical finance professional to support high-impact partnership initiatives that drive growth and engagement through our loyalty and membership programs. This role will focus on evaluating new and existing partnership deals, providing financial insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to shape our loyalty strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate membership partnerships and loyalty partnerships, estimating business incrementality, associated costs, and project ROI
  • Partner with the Head of Membership and Loyalty Partnerships and Business Development teams to shape and refine the loyalty and membership strategy
  • Analyze the performance of existing partnerships to identify optimization opportunities and apply these learnings to improve future deal structures and assumptions
  • Translate deal analyses into clear recommendations on pricing, structure, and performance metrics to support negotiations and maximize long-term value
  • Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant subject
  • 4+ years of proven experience
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Prior financial and/or analytical experience including investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, private equity, or operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding analytical skills - standard methodologies are second-nature, your models are efficient, scalable, and intuitive
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with a strong grasp of valuation, scenario analysis, and business case development
  • Experience with SQL: the ability to self-serve, investigate, and get the data we require will make you much more effective;
  • Excellent communication and people skills - numbers are key, but a business is built with people
  • Self-starter - you will take initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$127,000 per year - USD$141,000 per year.
