About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Operations Associate to help us scale Uber for Business, one of the most exciting and fastest growing business units at Uber. The role is focused on growing Uber for Business’s self-service channel in non-US markets; it will require strong cross-functional partnership to continuously align strategic vision and fearlessly drive execution.
In this role, you will get to own and execute high-impact projects and initiatives that will drive growth for Uber for Business across multiple markets. You will partner with your cross-functional counterparts to deliver elevated experiences to business customers and their employees.

Our core offerings include rides, meals and delivery solutions. What you'll do:
1. Program management - Manage the execution of a strategic program in partnership with cross-functional partners (Product, Marketing, Support, Sales operations, etc.)
2. Analytics - Use your analytical skills to drive strategy and business insights
3. Build and maintain reporting to track progress across a variety of top line and operational metrics
4. Communicate findings and insights to diverse audiences including Uber for Business leadership and cross functional teams in Monthly Business Reviews or other forums
5. Growth strategy and launch - Partner with the Global teams in Ops, Marketing, Product, and Support to define and launch new growth initiatives for key international markets.
6. Market intelligence - Monitor macro and competitive trends in key markets, and develop recommendations for how to respond – through commercial levers, product innovation, etc.
7. Be a subject matter expert - Become an expert on the Uber for Business self-serve product, and leverage your expertise to shape the agenda for growth in top international markets.
What you'll need:
1. 4+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or related field
2. Experienced SQL user or similar query language
3. Bachelor’s degree
4. English proficiency is a must. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience managing meetings and presentations with senior leaders
5. Analytical thinker, with experience using data to drive business decisions
6. Strong business acumen, with experience evaluating a line of business and understanding how to drive commercial growth
7. Strong organization and project management skills, including ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and processes simultaneously
8. Skilled in synthesizing information quickly to distill key takeaways, and to weave insights into a compelling story that clarifies and inspires
9. Experience building deep relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating their concerns and successfully advocating for your priorities
10. Comfort addressing ambiguity, for example, shifting priorities or unfamiliar problems
11. An ability to identify new sales use cases, playbook findings, and share out with regional teams to gain adoption and accelerate growth
12. B2B Experience is an asset, but not required
