About the Role

At Uber, delivering world-class customer support is a key part of our user experience. To achieve this, we need program managers who can support critical transformation efforts, contribute to strategic initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful change.

As a CX Program Manager, you will help drive the execution of customer support strategies, support cross-functional collaboration, and lead projects that improve how we serve users. You’ll partner with regional and global teams to bring the customer voice into decision-making, optimize our operations, and scale impactful initiatives across the region.
