About the Role
At Uber Eats, we’re building technology that helps people get the food they want, when and where they want it. Our Sales & Growth teams are on the front lines, partnering with restaurants to grow their business and deliver great experiences through our platform.
We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join the Uber Eats team. In this role, you’ll work with key restaurant partners in your territory, helping them grow and succeed on the platform.
You’ll use a combination of business insight, operational execution, and partner management to support long-term success. From driving growth opportunities to ensuring daily performance runs smoothly, you’ll be a key player in shaping the local food delivery landscape.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in partner-facing conversations, confident in navigating both strategy and operations, and energized by building value-driven relationships.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of a portfolio of restaurant partners and be accountable for their success on the platform
Identify and implement growth opportunities through marketing products and strategic initiatives
Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners and ensure outstanding customer experiences
Resolve complex operational issues in collaboration with internal teams
Bring local market insights to shape strategy and improve restaurant engagement
Represent the Uber Eats brand and mission in every interaction with partners
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of prove experience in account management, partner success, or a related commercial role
Fluency in Spanish and English
Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and comfort making data-informed decisions
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Bonus Points
Experience working in food, tech, or e-commerce industries
Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite
Comfort with SQL or willingness to learn new analytical tools
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
