About the Role

As a core member of the Grocery Operations team, you will be responsible for driving reliability, supply health, and profitability across our Grocery vertical in Japan. Your role will span across Delivery Partner supply management, marketplace product operations, and pricing strategy—ensuring high fulfillment reliability, operational scalability, and sustainable growth. This role requires a combination of operational rigor, product thinking, and data-driven decision-making to shape the future of grocery delivery in Japan.

Your Impact In Role

  1. Secure and optimize Delivery Partner supply enable geographic expansion and reliability.
  2. Enhance Delivery Partner onboarding, retention, and utilization to reduce delivery failures and inefficiencies.
  3. Define and execute product go-to-market strategies tailored to Japan's marketplace landscape.
  4. Drive pricing strategy to balance affordability, growth, and profitability.
  5. Partner cross-functionally to enhance product adoption and operational KPIs.

The Experience You'll Bring

  1. 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product ops, or marketplace roles.
  2. Proven ability to lead complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboarding, data interpretation, and metric setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Fluency in both Japanese and English
  2. Familiarity with delivery/logistics operations and marketplace product functionality
  3. Experience with pricing and growth levers in a consumer-facing tech environment
